For Trumedia, I led a comprehensive optimization and modernization of the existing corporate website. The project focused on enhancing both performance and visual quality, creating a faster, more engaging user experience while staying fully aligned with Trumedia’s established corporate identity. From concept to launch, I supported the client both strategically and hands-on to ensure a seamless and future-proof result.
Research
The project began with an in-depth analysis of the existing website, with a strong focus on loading behavior, performance bottlenecks, and overall usability. In parallel, I reviewed the current visual language and brand guidelines to identify opportunities for modernization without compromising brand consistency. This research phase helped define clear priorities for technical improvements, visual updates, and scalable design decisions.
Strategy
Based on these insights, I developed a strategy that balanced performance optimization with a refined, contemporary visual appearance. A key strategic decision was the creation of a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across the website while also serving as a foundation for future extensions. The technical strategy focused on improving loading times and structuring the site in a way that supports long-term growth and easy maintenance. We eliminated long loading animations that didn't inhance the look and feel of the website and used minimal
Design
Building on the strategy, I designed a cohesive and modern interface that respects Trumedia’s corporate identity while giving the website a fresh, up-to-date look. The design system was implemented in Figma and then translated into a fully functional website using Framer. I handled the complete implementation process—from page structure and layout to final deployment—while continuously advising Trumedia to ensure the outcome met both technical and visual expectations.
Result: A modern, high-performance, and CI-compliant website that delivers an improved user experience, performs reliably, and remains flexible for future development.
